59.4 percent of people slept better; 42.2 percent of people didn’t have insomnia (失眠) anymore. A thick quilt can make people fall asleep (睡著) faster. It can also comfort (撫慰) people because it’s heavy. 59.4%的人睡眠質(zhì)量有所改善; 42.2%的人甚至不再失眠。厚被子可以讓人更快入睡,厚被子的重量讓人覺得很有安全感,給優(yōu)質(zhì)睡眠加分。
