近期各地天然氣分布式項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展Nature gas-Distributor energy project status report 201407 -- 【廣州萬博中央商務(wù)區(qū)】擬建天然氣分布式能源站 -- 【廣東肇慶新區(qū)分布式能源站】2號(hào)泛能站7月底試運(yùn)營(yíng) -- 【青島卓越•世紀(jì)中心】與泰能天然氣達(dá)成戰(zhàn)略合作 -- 【鹽城亭湖區(qū)人民醫(yī)院分布式能源站】獲江蘇省發(fā)改委核準(zhǔn) -- 【廣州鰲頭天然氣分布式能源站】項(xiàng)目開工 廣州萬博中央商務(wù)區(qū)擬建天然氣分布式能源站 2014-7-15 羊城晚報(bào)記者從廣州市發(fā)改委獲悉，廣州萬博中央商務(wù)區(qū)擬建天然氣分布式能源站項(xiàng)目，并于昨天向社會(huì)公眾進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目的公示。公眾可在該項(xiàng)目公示之日起5個(gè)工作日內(nèi)，以實(shí)名方式向廣州市發(fā)改委或廣州市國(guó)際工程咨詢公司提出書面意見。 據(jù)了解，該項(xiàng)目工程建設(shè)總規(guī)模為58.38MW的6臺(tái)單機(jī)發(fā)電容量9.73MW燃?xì)鈨?nèi)燃機(jī)組，以110kV一級(jí)電壓就近接入當(dāng)?shù)仉娋W(wǎng)，并配套建設(shè)冷熱管網(wǎng)。能源站由內(nèi)燃機(jī)房（動(dòng)力島）、高壓配電間、低壓配電間、監(jiān)控室、控制室、暖通化水車間等房間組成。占地面積5500m2，分四層布置。 該項(xiàng)目工程向番禺萬博商圈內(nèi)的超過150萬平方米的酒店、公寓、商場(chǎng)等場(chǎng)所提供中壓蒸汽、低壓蒸汽、生活熱水熱媒水以及冷凍水，同時(shí)作為公用電廠向近區(qū)用電負(fù)荷供應(yīng)電力。 廣東肇慶新區(qū)“能源心臟”誕生：首個(gè)天然氣分布式能源站 2014-7-7 天然氣發(fā)電后產(chǎn)生的煙氣余熱，通過熱水加熱器回收，生產(chǎn)可供應(yīng)周邊商務(wù)寫字樓、賓館、學(xué)校、醫(yī)院、餐飲的生活熱水……近日，位于肇慶新區(qū)的首個(gè)分布式能源站——2號(hào)泛能站一期主體建筑建設(shè)全面完成，并將在7月底試運(yùn)行。這座綠色“能源心臟”的誕生，意味著肇慶新區(qū)“綠色低碳”發(fā)展理念邁出了實(shí)質(zhì)性的一步。 “能源心臟”可利用余能 據(jù)悉，肇慶新區(qū)以“綠色低碳”為發(fā)展模式，啟動(dòng)規(guī)劃建設(shè)兩年多來，肇慶新區(qū)在空間布局、生態(tài)系統(tǒng)、低碳交通、工程建設(shè)、技術(shù)應(yīng)用等關(guān)鍵領(lǐng)域開啟綠色發(fā)展模式。今年3月1日，《肇慶新區(qū)天然氣分布式能源集中供能管理辦法》開始實(shí)施，首個(gè)分布式能源站——2號(hào)泛能站正式動(dòng)工。 什么叫分布式能源站?承建肇慶新區(qū)分布式能源站的肇慶新奧清潔能源公司總經(jīng)理左文勝告訴記者，肇慶新區(qū)分布式能源站主要使用天然氣為燃料，冷熱電聯(lián)產(chǎn)、實(shí)現(xiàn)能源梯級(jí)利用。“它好比一個(gè)‘能源心臟’，通過電網(wǎng)和天然氣管網(wǎng)組網(wǎng)運(yùn)行，向一定區(qū)域內(nèi)的用戶同時(shí)提供冷、熱、生活熱水等能源服務(wù)，它的核心優(yōu)點(diǎn)是余能利用。比如說，在傳統(tǒng)發(fā)電方式過程中，這些帶有豐富熱能的煙氣就自然流失了，導(dǎo)致能源利用率不高。而分布式能源站則可利用天然氣發(fā)電后產(chǎn)生的煙氣余熱，生產(chǎn)出生活熱水，或通過被溴冷機(jī)吸收進(jìn)行制冷并輸送冷氣。到時(shí)候新區(qū)內(nèi)的家家戶戶都不用裝空調(diào)主機(jī)、熱水器，按空調(diào)開關(guān)就有冷氣暖氣，扭開水龍頭就有熱水。” 左文勝表示，目前一些傳統(tǒng)供能方式能源利用率不高，只有40%-50%，而分布式能源站，則會(huì)避免了輸變電損失以及輸熱損失，能源綜合利用效率在80﹪以上。 是全國(guó)首個(gè)大范圍使用分布式能源地區(qū) 肇慶新區(qū)面積約115平方公里，根據(jù)規(guī)劃將建23個(gè)分能源站，覆蓋桂城街道、廣利街道、鳳凰鎮(zhèn)、蓮花鎮(zhèn)和永安鎮(zhèn)，這些能源站在管網(wǎng)的連接下，組成新區(qū)泛能微網(wǎng)，能源站能蓄能，站與站之間的能源利用還可以互補(bǔ)。據(jù)了解，分布式能源技術(shù)在國(guó)內(nèi)已有應(yīng)用，但均為單一業(yè)態(tài)的應(yīng)用，如此大范圍使用冷熱電聯(lián)供的地方，肇慶新區(qū)屬于全國(guó)首個(gè)。 2號(hào)泛能站是肇慶新區(qū)首期在核心區(qū)建設(shè)的5個(gè)分布式泛能站之一，在今年3月1日率先破土建設(shè)，主要為北京師范大學(xué)肇慶附屬學(xué)校及周圍方圓1.5公里范圍內(nèi)的行政、商業(yè)建筑供能。 7月4日，記者在施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)看到，該泛能站為三層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)，目前泛能站主體建設(shè)已完成，現(xiàn)正進(jìn)行供能設(shè)備安裝。據(jù)泛能站承建公司規(guī)劃發(fā)展部經(jīng)理邱元明介紹，2號(hào)泛能站一期建設(shè)面積約1000多平方米，投資約3000多萬元，在7月底可以試運(yùn)行，目前主要用于向北京師范大學(xué)肇慶附屬學(xué)校輸送冷氣，9月1日正式投入使用。1號(hào)和5號(hào)泛能站也計(jì)劃年內(nèi)動(dòng)工建設(shè)。 將減少九成二氧化碳排放 據(jù)了解，新區(qū)的分布式能源系統(tǒng)建成后，新區(qū)能源使用總量得到控制，能源效率明顯提高，能源結(jié)構(gòu)合理平衡，真正實(shí)現(xiàn)綠色低碳。GDP能耗將下降55.2%，二氧化碳排放將減少90%。 根據(jù)《肇慶新區(qū)能源規(guī)劃(2013—2030年)》，到2030年，新區(qū)總能耗將控制在150萬噸標(biāo)準(zhǔn)煤以內(nèi)，全部使用清潔能源，可再生能源利用占整體能耗20%以上，單位GDP能耗低于0.3噸標(biāo)煤/萬元，碳排放強(qiáng)度低于0.2噸/萬元。 左文勝表示，“政府部門作為用能單位，也能享受到與一般用能企業(yè)、居民的能源投資和用能費(fèi)用的降低。與此同時(shí)，綠色低碳能源運(yùn)營(yíng)，完全滿足政府綠色低碳發(fā)展的需要，真正實(shí)現(xiàn)理想城市、宜居城市的生活。” Excellence Group and Taineng Group sign natural gas cooperation contract 2014-6-26 Qingdao Excellence · Century Center and Taineng Natural Gas Co., Ltd signed the contract in solemn ceremony in CBD Excellence Tower, headquarter of Excellence Group in Qingdao a few days ago. Yancheng Tinghu District People’s Hospital distributed energy station project obtaining approval of Jiangsu DRC 2014-6-20 The project of Tinghu District People’s Hospital natural gas distributed energy station obtained the approval of the provincial Development and Reform Commission (DRC) of Jiangsu on June 10th. Such energy station, invested and constructed by Yancheng Xinao Gas Co., Ltd in new city, provides all cooling and heating load and partial electricity for Tinghu Hospital with intelligent energy efficiency platform and system integration technique for electricity generation, steam generation and cooling with the pipe gas. The average energy comprehensive utilization rate is as much as 80% above, much higher than that in traditional central energy providing. The Project is the first natural gas distributed energy station with the approval in the northern part of Jiangsu, featuring high energy efficiency, cleaning and environment protection, high safety, electricity load leveling and high economic benefits. It will provide the positive model effect on the promotion of clean energy, energy saving and emission reduction and protection of air pollution in the city. Further information: It is intended to establish one internal gas combustion unit of 630kw, matching with one heat recovery boiler, one steam Lithium bromide unit, one ground source heat pump and two gas Lithium bromide cooling units and gas steam boilers and supporting facilities. Commencement of Guangzhou Aotou natural gas distributed energy station project 2014-6-17 Conghua Aotou distributed energy station, designed by Changsha Planning and Design Institute, was commenced by Guangzhou Development Group recently. It is learned that the Project is listed in the national distributed energy model projects, a natural gas distributed energy model project in 12th Five –year Plan of Guangdong Province. It is also project featuring low carbon emission, comprehensive and highly effective utilization and environment protection and energy saving, meeting national policies on energy saving and emission reduction. The step utilization of the energy is realized in the Project with the natural gas and CCHP, integrated with new energy of solar energy, featuring high efficiency, energy saving and environment protection. The Project is distributed near the users in small scale and volume, modularization and decentralization. It will improve the comprehensive energy utilization efficiency and realize the energy saving and emission reduction effectively. It is reported that the first unit of the Project will be put into operation on Oct 15th, 2014 and the second one on Nov 15th, 2014. Further information: Guangzhou development Aotou distributed energy station project obtained the approval of DRC of Guangdong Province in August 2013, which is the first industrial park distributed energy station model project in Guangzhou. Two gas cogeneration units of 15MW of each will be established in the first phase of the Project with the total investment of RMB￥360million.
