According to the new study, reduced loneliness has something to do with doing enjoyable activities that require both concentration and skill. 最新研究顯示:專注地做自己喜歡的事可以減少人的孤獨(dú)感,提升狀態(tài)。
科學(xué)家Dattilo 解釋說:“當(dāng)人們?nèi)褙炞⒂谒麄兪稚险谧龅氖�,能夠進(jìn)入一種叫做‘心流’的狀態(tài)。怎么達(dá)到這種狀態(tài)?做一些我們喜歡,需要專注力和一些技能才能完成的事情。”
“When we enter a state of flow, we become absorbed and focused, and we experience momentary (片刻的) enjoyment,” Dattilo said. “When we leave a state of flow, we are often surprised by how much time has passed.” Dattilo 說:“進(jìn)入心流狀態(tài)時(shí),我們專注地做著一件事,而且很享受這個(gè)過程。做完后會(huì)很驚訝時(shí)間竟然過得這么快。”
However, watching television usually doesn’t help people enter flow, according to Dattilo, because there aren’t any challenges.
“孤獨(dú)感與我們的健康息息相關(guān),”Dattilo解釋說。“當(dāng)人們感到孤獨(dú)時(shí),心理、情感和認(rèn)知健康都會(huì)受到挑戰(zhàn)。孤獨(dú)感與抑郁癥和其他心理健康問題有著密不可分的聯(lián)系。”
