近期，多座城市的“地?cái)偨?jīng)濟(jì)”在疫情防控常態(tài)化的同時(shí)，悄然復(fù)蘇了。

Cities around China started allowing people to set up roadside booths or food stalls on streets on a regular basis over the weekend.

國(guó)內(nèi)多個(gè)城市開(kāi)始允許在周末定期擺攤設(shè)點(diǎn)。

The vendors had been banned to keep the cities clean, and their return is expected to help increase people's incomes and revive local economies hit hard by the novel coronavirus outbreak.

此前，各地為了保持市政整潔禁止擺攤，如今，地?cái)偟幕貧w有望幫助人們?cè)黾邮杖耄瑸樵馐芤咔榇驌舻牡胤浇?jīng)濟(jì)注入活力。

日前，中央文明辦在今年全國(guó)文明城市測(cè)評(píng)指標(biāo)中，已明確要求不將占道經(jīng)營(yíng)（roadside booths）、馬路市場(chǎng)（street markets）、流動(dòng)商販（mobile vendors）列為文明城市測(cè)評(píng)考核內(nèi)容，推動(dòng)文明城市創(chuàng)建在恢復(fù)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)秩序、滿(mǎn)足群眾生活需要的過(guò)程中發(fā)揮更加積極的作用。

長(zhǎng)春市城市管理委員會(huì)下發(fā)文件，決定2020年12月30日以前在城管領(lǐng)域?qū)嵤┌隧?xiàng)服務(wù)措施，鼓勵(lì)發(fā)展夜市經(jīng)濟(jì)、開(kāi)辦便民市場(chǎng)，以刺激商業(yè)消費(fèi)，助力經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。

Night markets and food stalls can be opened in designated areas in parks, public squares and empty spaces as long as they don't interrupt traffic and local life. They also have to pass environmental protection assessments, the office said.

該委員會(huì)表示，允許利用有條件的公園、廣場(chǎng)、空?qǐng)�，在不擾民、不影響交通、不影響市民休閑、不污染環(huán)境的前提下，開(kāi)辦夜市、排檔。

允許開(kāi)辦臨時(shí)占道市場(chǎng)，免收占道費(fèi)，但必須有序開(kāi)展經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)。

People are also being allowed to set up temporary roadside businesses. There will be no charge for running a business in a designated roadside area, but they must operate in an orderly manner, the office said.

今年3月15日，成都市城管委出臺(tái)《成都市城市管理五允許一堅(jiān)持統(tǒng)籌疫情防控助力經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展措施》。

成都市政府表示，全市設(shè)置臨時(shí)占道攤點(diǎn)、攤區(qū)2234個(gè)，允許臨時(shí)越門(mén)經(jīng)營(yíng)點(diǎn)位17891個(gè)，大型商場(chǎng)占道促銷(xiāo)點(diǎn)82個(gè)，增加就業(yè)崗位10萬(wàn)個(gè)以上。

Chengdu has designated more than 2,234 roadside business areas, 82 promotion areas on streets near large shopping malls and 17,891 vending spots, creating more than 100,000 jobs, the city government said.
