In a survey, our journalists found that the manufacturers not only use inferior materials, the national standards are also not well implemented. On Sep. 26th 2010, People’s Bank of China has conferred Universal technical requirements of counterfeit RMB-Notes discriminating device, and claimed to forcedly implement it from May. 2011.
