世聯(lián)翻譯公司完成建筑領(lǐng)域中文翻譯 1.       項(xiàng)目簡(jiǎn)介 1．About the Project 該項(xiàng)目位于紹興市城北昌安立交橋的東北角，地塊東至念佛橋河沿，南為環(huán)城河綠化帶，西側(cè)至中興路昌安立交橋下污水泵站，北至杭甬鐵路及紹鋼工人宿舍。 The project is located at the northeast of Chang’an overpass in north of Shaoxing City, east to river bank of Nian’fo Bridge, south to the green belt of the moat, west to sewage pumping station under Chang’an overpass on Zhongxing Road, north to Hangyong Railway and workers’ dorm of Shao Steel.   2.       設(shè)計(jì)立意 2. Conception of Design 生活在紹興這樣的一個(gè)人文氣息濃厚的城市里應(yīng)該有著怎樣的氛圍與情懷？現(xiàn)代紹興人應(yīng)該如何在起居生活中延續(xù)城市的文脈？這是本設(shè)計(jì)最想探討的問(wèn)題。在總平面布置方面：①依據(jù)自然地形和按照規(guī)劃建設(shè)要求，整個(gè)小區(qū)劃分為3個(gè)部分，沿城北河布置排屋及躍層住宅；靠近昌安立交橋中興路的基地西北角布置會(huì)所及小高層單身公寓；其他均布置5~6層多層住宅。整個(gè)小區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)布局合理有序。②利用多層住宅宅間場(chǎng)地設(shè)置半地下車(chē)庫(kù)，或利用多層住宅的架空層設(shè)置汽車(chē)庫(kù)。③充分利用周邊的自然地理優(yōu)勢(shì)；并結(jié)合住宅間距和道路布置庭院綠地，營(yíng)造戶(hù)戶(hù)有景、家家有綠的小區(qū)環(huán)境。充分利用地塊內(nèi)的綠化帶、河道等自然環(huán)境優(yōu)勢(shì)，營(yíng)造一個(gè)自然、親切的居住環(huán)境。結(jié)合沿河景觀與交通主干道布置小區(qū)集中綠地，構(gòu)成小區(qū)活動(dòng)和景觀中心。 There should be what kind of atmosphere and sensibility, living in Shaoxing such a city with strong cultural atmosphere? How modern Shaoxing people should continue the city's context in their daily lives? This is the issue the design most willing to explore. In the aspects of general layout: ① Basing on the natural terrain and in accordance with the requirements of planning and construction, the entire plot is divided into three parts, laying townhouses and duplex dwellings along the north of city river; clubs and small high-level single apartment near the northwest corner of the base of Chang’an overpass Zhongxing Road; other 5~6 layers are arranged multi-storey residential. Design layout of the entire district is rational and orderly. ② Using the venues between multi-storey residential houses lay semi-underground garage, or using the overhead floor of the multi-storey residential lay garage. ③ Fully take advantage of the surrounding advantages of nature and geography, and combining residential space and road lay the courtyard green, create a residential environment of every household having scene, every household having green. Make full use of the Green Belt, river and other natural advantages within land, to create a natural and friendly living environment. Combine the trunk road and the landscape along river to lay a residential concentrating green space, composing community activity and landscape center.   在立面及造型設(shè)計(jì)方面：立面設(shè)計(jì)追求簡(jiǎn)潔、明快、高貴典雅；屋頂設(shè)計(jì)考慮閣樓、屋頂花園，使建筑的第五立面更加豐富；采用石材、手工面磚、涂料相結(jié)合的立面材料，構(gòu)筑豐富、細(xì)致的立面形象。立面統(tǒng)一布置空調(diào)室外機(jī)位，以保證今后使用的立面統(tǒng)一協(xié)調(diào)。 In the aspect of facade and Design: the vertical design pursues simple, clean, noble and elegant; roof design considers attic, roof garden, so that the fifth elevation of the construction much richer; use the facade materials combing stone, handmade tile, paint to build a rich and detailed image of the facade. A facade unified lays the outdoor spaces of air-condition to ensure the harmonization of the future facade. 3.       項(xiàng)目的地域性 3. The Regionalism of Project 提到紹興，不免想到這著名的江南水鄉(xiāng)，大街小巷，溪流縱橫，艄公頭戴黑色氈帽，悠然地以腳劃著烏篷船，游人穿橋過(guò)巷，沿途賞景。2008年中國(guó)最具幸福感城市頒獎(jiǎng)詞中這樣形容紹興：一座擁有2500年歷史的文化古城，是“沒(méi)有圍墻的博物館”、群星璀璨的“名士之鄉(xiāng)”，世界文豪魯迅先生的故里。這里是著名的江南水鄉(xiāng)、酒鄉(xiāng)、橋鄉(xiāng)，素有“東方威尼斯”的美譽(yù)，并榮獲聯(lián)合國(guó)人居獎(jiǎng)的城市——紹興。其橋的數(shù)量是威尼斯的5.5倍，平均每1000m2就有6.3座橋。通過(guò)對(duì)紹興地區(qū)建筑的深入研究，吸取了該地區(qū)建筑風(fēng)格的精髓，延續(xù)了紹興地區(qū)的城市文脈，努力創(chuàng)造出一種既繼承傳統(tǒng)建筑風(fēng)格又不失時(shí)代感的住宅建筑精品。從當(dāng)?shù)氐臑跖翊�、烏氈帽等等地方特有形象中提取靈感，著重加強(qiáng)屋頂、檐口、陽(yáng)臺(tái)等細(xì)節(jié)的設(shè)計(jì)和推敲，使之散發(fā)出精致、穩(wěn)重的建筑風(fēng)格；同時(shí)不失活潑、跳躍的時(shí)代氣息。 Referring to Shaoxing, you can not help but think of this famous Jiangnan Water Village, streets, streams horizon, Shaogong wearing a black hat and paddling leisurely Wu Pengchuan, visitors passing Bridge and Lane, enjoying the scenery along the route. In 2008 China's most happiness city presentation described the city of Shaoxing: one cultural and ancient city with a 2,500-year history, is a "museum without walls," starry "hometown of celebrities," the world's literary giant Mr. Lu Xun's hometown. Here is the famous Jiangnan Water Village, Alcohol Township, and Bridge Township, known as the reputation of "Oriental Venice", and awarded the UN Habitat Award, the city - Shaoxing. The quantity of the bridge is 5.5 times of Venice, there are 6.3 bridges per 1000m2 on average. Through in-depth study of the construction of Shaoxing area, draw on the essence of architectural styles in the region, continue the urban context of Shaoxing region, and strive to create boutique residential buildings both succeeding the traditional architectural style and the sense of times.
