And as a second element that says something about quality: We have to be totally clear that there is no compromise on delivering quality. There is another element talking about branch transformation and you will hear a lot of communication from our site in the future about the branch and what we will see there as our solutions, because branches are changing and this is a big business potential for us in the world. Then, very important, security – our solutions have to be secure. Customers have to believe that we are really driven by that and customers are believing the people they see and this is you. But you cannot do it alone. What we have to learn as an organization we have to learn to work together. That is probably one of the most difficult things for us. Working together as teams: cross-divisional, cross-functional, cross-regional teams. That is the most important thing – learning to win together as a team.
