十大最臟蔬果排行榜出爐,排名第一的你絕對想不到!

這兩天,有關(guān)最臟蔬果的消息在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上蔓延開來,這是一種怎樣的評測?上榜的水果還能不能吃?看我為你科普一番~
根據(jù)美國環(huán)境工作組織(EWG)公布的榜單,草莓連續(xù)第三年登上“最臟蔬果”榜首!For the third year in a row, strawberries top the "Dirty Dozen" list put out by the Environmental Working Group (EWG).這份年度榜單于2004年開始發(fā)布,根據(jù)農(nóng)藥污染指標(biāo)對比較受歡迎的蔬菜和水果進行排名。這份報告的數(shù)據(jù)來源于美國農(nóng)業(yè)部和食品藥品管理局對超過3.88萬種非有機果蔬樣品的檢測。The list, published each year since 2004, ranks popular fruits and vegetables based on pesticide contamination. The report is based on tests conducted by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the Food and Drug Administration on more than 38,800 non-organic fruit and vegetable samples. 沒想到吧,看上去人畜無害的草莓,一下子就位居榜首了。而這份榜單中,可都是大家熟悉的蔬果呢:
1、草莓 strawberries2、菠菜 spinach3、油桃 nectarines4、蘋果 apples
5、葡萄 grapes6、桃子 peaches7、櫻桃 cherries8、梨 pears
9、西紅柿 tomatoes10、芹菜 celery11、土豆 potatoes12、甜辣椒 sweet bell peppers根據(jù)EWG公布的榜單,檢測中,多達1/3的草莓樣本含10種或以上的農(nóng)藥,其中一個樣本更是測出22種農(nóng)藥殘留。此外,有97%菠菜樣本被驗出殘留農(nóng)藥。The group found that one third of all conventional, or non-organic, strawberry samples contained 10 or more pesticides. One sample of strawberries was found to have an "astounding" 22 pesticide residues, EWG said. Spinach, the second produce item on the list, contained pesticide residues in 97 percent of conventional, or non-organic, samples.數(shù)據(jù)還顯示,超過98%的草莓、桃子、土豆、油桃、櫻桃和蘋果樣品中至少有一種農(nóng)藥殘留。Additionally, more than 98 percent of samples of strawberries, peaches, potatoes, nectarines, cherries and apples tested positive for residue of at least one pesticide, according to the activist group.EWG指出,高濃度農(nóng)藥殘留對人體——特別是兒童——有害。EWG emphasizes studies that show pesticides in high concentration can lead to health problems, especially in young children.最干凈的蔬果則為牛油果,只有不足1%的樣本驗出農(nóng)藥殘留。第二干凈的則是甜玉米。Avocados lead 2018's clean fruits and veggies list. Avocados showed pesticides on less than 1% of tested samples.
看完新聞的我默默放下了手中的水果,都是農(nóng)藥殘留,這咋下得去嘴?這些蔬果就不能吃了嗎?也不盡然……這份榜單同樣引發(fā)了不少的爭議。有研究人員指出,這些蔬果上發(fā)現(xiàn)的農(nóng)藥殘留,遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)低于經(jīng)過科學(xué)證明的危險標(biāo)桿,根據(jù)美國聯(lián)邦安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn),這樣的數(shù)據(jù)不對人體造成危害。However, the list has generated some controversy in recent years. Outside researchers point out that overall pesticide chemical residues found on these fruits and vegetables are far below what has been scientifically deemed tolerable for human consumption, and according to federal safety standards they do not pose a health risk.食品工程博士云無心在接受《科技日報》采訪時指出,決定蔬果是否安全的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不是“是否檢測到農(nóng)殘”,也不是“檢測到多少種農(nóng)殘”,而是“是否檢測到農(nóng)殘超標(biāo)”。因為,能否檢測到農(nóng)殘,跟檢測技術(shù)密切相關(guān)。現(xiàn)在的很多檢測技術(shù)極為先進,從遠(yuǎn)處的水和空氣中漂移來的微量農(nóng)藥,也可能被檢測到。檢測到殘留并不意味著這些食物就有害健康,離開了農(nóng)殘量和控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)談危害,完全沒有意義。簡單而言,就是我們常說的那句:“拋開劑量談毒性就是耍流氓”。當(dāng)然,食用蔬果前,也要認(rèn)真洗凈哦~
