The Parties agree to co-operate fully with the mediator to provide such assistance as necessary and to bear equally between them the fees and expenses of the mediation. The dispute shall be referred to and resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre for the time being in force which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this Clause in the event that the negotiation and mediation have failed. 譯：由本協(xié)議而產(chǎn)生的、或有關(guān)本協(xié)議而發(fā)生的任何爭(zhēng)議，包括有關(guān)其存續(xù)、有效性或終止的任何問(wèn)題，各方應(yīng)真誠(chéng)地協(xié)商解決，協(xié)商不成，可以將爭(zhēng)議提交新加坡仲裁中心進(jìn)行仲裁。各方同意和仲裁員全面合作，提供必要的協(xié)助，等額承擔(dān)仲裁費(fèi)用。爭(zhēng)議應(yīng)按照新加坡國(guó)際仲裁中心當(dāng)時(shí)有效的仲裁規(guī)則進(jìn)行解決，一旦協(xié)商和仲裁失敗，該仲裁規(guī)則應(yīng)被視為已包含在本條中。 2If the Parties refer a dispute to arbitration, the Parties hereby agree to accept the decision of the arbitrator(s) appointed pursuant to this Clause as final and binding. The decision of such arbitrator(s) shall include a determination as how the costs of such arbitration are to be allocated between the Parties.
