Confidential Information also includes proprietary or confidential information of any third party that may be in the Disclosing Party’s possession, and the terms of this Agreement. 譯：定義。披露方的“保密信息”是指向接收方（直接或間接地）披露的、披露方的一切技術(shù)性或非技術(shù)性信息；或者接收方在履行本協(xié)議期間獲悉的、不論是通過口頭、視覺或者有形媒介的方式而獲悉的、披露方指明為具有保密性質(zhì)的信息；或者在披露當時的情形下被合理地視為具有保密性質(zhì)的信息。保密信息還包括披露方可能擁有的任何第三方的專有信息或保密信息以及本協(xié)議的條款。 2.Use/Disclosure.
