齊天大圣孫悟空的角色,從未遠(yuǎn)離過(guò)大家的視野。這一回,美猴王又出現(xiàn)在了第22屆上海國(guó)際電影節(jié)的官方海報(bào)上。上周一,設(shè)計(jì)圖一經(jīng)放出,就成為網(wǎng)絡(luò)熱點(diǎn)。
The Monkey King, the legendary character from classic Chinese novel "Journey to the West", is never far from the public eye. Well, this time it's swung back into action as part of the official poster for the 22nd Shanghai International Film Festival (SIFF). The design was released last Monday and quickly became an online sensation.
此前,上海電影節(jié)的海報(bào)一直以“金爵”為主題,也是為了呼應(yīng)電影節(jié)的金爵獎(jiǎng)杯。當(dāng)然,年復(fù)一年的金爵設(shè)計(jì),也讓不少人感到審美疲勞。
In previous years the SIFF poster was often based on the elements of a giant goblet, echoing the festival's Golden Goblet Awards – but the repetition induced an "aesthetic fatigue" among many observers.

The new approach was greeted with glee on China's social media platforms, with praise for the design's clever mix of creativity and profundity.
據(jù)電影節(jié)官網(wǎng)介紹,第22屆上海國(guó)際電影節(jié)委約著名海報(bào)設(shè)計(jì)師黃海創(chuàng)作的“創(chuàng)生萬(wàn)象,幕后為王”主題海報(bào),主視覺(jué)靈感來(lái)源于上世紀(jì)60年代上海美術(shù)電影制片廠出品的影片《大鬧天宮》。而孫悟空的經(jīng)典形象,在中國(guó)文化中象征著勇氣與忠誠(chéng)。
The classic image of the Monkey King represents a spirit of bravery and loyalty in Chinese culture; It was encouraged by the movie "Havoc In Heaven" back in the 1960s, which has since influenced a great number of filmmakers. The poster also conveys a theme of "creative heroes behind the scenes," integrating SIFF's aim to always encourage, respect and promote the less glamorous jobs in the film industry.
海報(bào)的形象授權(quán),也獲得了上海美術(shù)電影制片廠的大力支持。設(shè)計(jì)師黃海在孫悟空的形態(tài)運(yùn)用上充分展現(xiàn)了創(chuàng)意的力量。海報(bào)的色彩力圖貼近和還原電影原作的視覺(jué)效果,拉開(kāi)的水幕既是影片中經(jīng)典場(chǎng)景的變形,又像電影節(jié)即將拉開(kāi)的帷幕,而“22”屆的字樣則巧妙點(diǎn)綴出了主體形象的時(shí)代感。
