Foundation and distance to the wall 
◆ Foundation requirements: The smooth concrete pavement is all right and it’s unnecessary to reserve the foot foundation.
◆ Requirements for distance to the wall: It’s required that the distance to the wall is not less than 400mm with the span of more than 1m above the top of the equipment for the convenience of the equipment maintenance.
Wiring requirements: 
The power supply of the equipment control part is of 220V/50Hz and the electric valve is of AC220V/50Hz or AC380V/50Hz. The power supply control cabinet and the equipment can be connected with the hard cable spool or by soft connection according to the actual conditions on the site.
Operation state display: 
The manual indicator, automatic indicator, filtering indicator and back-washing indicator will be lighting when the equipment is in manual state, automatic operation, filtering or back-washing state. The voice and light alarm will be flashing and buzzing in case of the equipment alarm.
Fault 
◆Breaker tripping and short circuit: please examine whether there is short circuit of the equipment cable.
◆ Electric actuator failing to be in place and fault alarm: generally, the valve plate is blocked by debris or other objects, which should be cleared. It is also caused possibly by the electric limiter block failing to be in place. The limiter block should be adjusted after opening the top cover of the actuator.
Operation descriptions (operation notes) 
◆ Starting: to switch on the air switch of the power supply in the cabinet and select the automatic or manual operation mode of the control cabinet according to actual requirements. The electric valve will operate automatically and adjust to the normal filtering position after the starting and the filtering indicator is lighting and the back-washing indicator goes out, indicating the equipment in normal filtering operation mode.
◆ Washing pressure difference automatic setting: The pressure difference should be set up within the adjustment range of 0.1-2.0kg/cm²;
◆ Inlet and Outlet pressure measurement and indication: the pressure sensor is used to make sampling of inlet and outlet pressures and the programmable controller will make measurement and treatment automatically. The monitor will display water pressures at the inlet and outlet simultaneously with the unit of kg/cm²;
◆Automatic control: (Manual/Automatic switch: on the operation position of Automatic with the Automatic indicator lighting) When the pressure difference of the inlet and outlet exceeds the set value continuously, the equipment will make back-washing automatically with the filtering indicator going out and the back-washing indicator lighting. The equipment will ① turn on the bypass valve; ② turn off the inlet valve; ③ shut off the equipment electrical assembly power supply; ④ turn on the blowoff valve; ⑤ make back-washing according to the set time and then the equipment will enter returning program after the blowing off; ⑥ turn off the blowoff valve; ⑦ turn on the equipment electrical assembly power supply; ⑧ turn on the inlet valve; ⑨ and turn off the bypass valve. The equipment will make filtering after turning off the bypass valve and the filtering indicator will be lighting and the backwashing indicator will go out. The equipment will return to the filtering monitoring operation state after the completion of the whole abovementioned procedures.
◆ Manual back-washing: (Manual/Automatic switch: on the operation position of Manual with the Manual indicator lighting) the equipment will make the backwashing in the same abovementioned procedure by pressing the manual backwashing key for 2 seconds in the manual control state. 
◆ Automatic washing control mode selection: the equipment can make backwashing automatically in two modes of the inlet and outlet pressure difference and the set time, which can be selected by the monitor. The control mode can be changed by pressing SHIFT+F7 or SHIFT+F8 on the automatic washing control mode selection page. The number of 1 indicates the current control mode of the equipment. For example, the pressure control mode is displayed by 1 and the time control mode is displayed by 0 in case of the pressure control mode being current (defaulting setting). Then the control mode will be shifted into the time control mode by pressing SHIFT+F8. 
◆Equipment parameters: The equipment parameters are set up in default as follows with the values in brackets indicating the setting range:
Backwashing pressure difference: 0.8Kgf/CM2 （0.1-2.0 Kgf/CM2）;
Pressure difference exceeding limit time: 50min (1-50min);
Back-washing time: 15s (1-50s);
Valve alarm time: 6min (4-30min);
Time automatic control mode back-washing interval: 100h (1-2,000h).
◆ Equipment parameters setting method: All parameters will be effective only after the manual setting (Note). All parameters will be set up in corresponding text interfaces: to press ENTER in the text panel, then the parameter will display in inverse color; to press the ↑and ↓ to change the parameters and to press ENTER for confirmation.
◆ Equipment fault alarm: F6 is the trial key to test whether the buzzer can work normally when the equipment is not in alarm. When the valve fails to be in place within the set time, the buzzer will flash and buzz for alarm, informing the operator to make maintenance and repairs.
◆Notes in the equipment operation:
① The equipment should have the sound ventilation and the voltage fluctuation should be not larger than 10%;
② The examination should be made on the operation performance of each component before the equipment is put into operation. The equipment should be put into normal operation only passing the examination;
③ The air tightness examination should be made regularly on the valves and pressure meters of the equipment to avoid possible water leakage and corrosion.
